With a yearly fee, you will have access to the Gulf Street Dock Association where you may dock your boat. There is deeded beach access approximately 150 ft away that will lead you to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and where there are 3 miles of beautiful beach to explore. If you love to fish there is great fishing in the surrounding waters for snook, snapper, trout, redfish and more. The home has some hurricane damage and is in the process of being repaired.
